How do I receive my gift certificate?  
Certificates that went on sale after March 15, 2010 are now INSTANTLY PRINTABLE!  Now it’s easier than ever.  When you get to the Order Confirmation Page at checkout, there will be a link that says Print Certificate.  Click on it, and voila!  Instant certificate!  A link to print certificate will also be emailed to you in your emailed order confirmation. If you do not have a working printer, please click MAIL and we’ll be happy to mail it to you.  You will receive it in 3-5 business days. 
Certificates that were on sale prior to March 15, 2010 will be mailed to you via US Postal Service and you will receive in 3-5 business days.  Please keep your eye out for an envelope that comes from TM Media/CC Broadcasting.  They are NOT sent in a radio station envelope and are sometimes mistaken for junk mail.

What if I print my certificate and I lose it?
Hold on to your emailed confirmations.  There is a link in your confirmation that says PRINT CERTIFICATE.  You may print it from there. 

Can I print the certificate again and use the same certificate more than once?
CC Dining Deals Certificates are valid for ONE TIME USE ONLY.  Each is coded electronically and tracked by IVS Tracking System.  If you try to use the same certificate a second time, you’ll be embarrassed when the manager comes to your table and tells you that the certificate has already been redeemed and validated.  DUPLICATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.  Any attempt at duplicate use of certificate will result in immediate suspension of your account and your credit card will be charged the full face value of the certificate.

Is there a fee to use this service?
You will pay ½ of the certificate face value plus a $3.50 processing fee.  however, our "mini deals" (which are the logos located underneath the week's Featured Deal have only a $1.00 processing fee.

When does the certificate expire?
Certificates expire 6 months from the date they go on sale.  Please check the restaurant's page for expiration date in red.  It is located in the Additional Information section beneath the "Buy Now" button.
 
Can I pick up my certificate at the radio station?
No, sorry.  We are an independent fulfillment house and we are not located at the radio station.
 
What happens if a restaurant goes out of business and I still have my certificate?
You can take comfort in knowing that in the event that a restaurant goes out of business, we will gladly exchange your certificate for another establishment of your choice.  No refunds.  Please see Closed Restaurants Tab above for details.
 
I lost my certificate.  The dog ate it.  My certificate expired because I broke my leg, and I moved, and my daughter got married, and my purse was stolen and then I got it back, and I lost my job and my husband caught the flu, and I was on a diet.
Yep...we've heard 'em all.  If you lose your certificate you're out of luck.  If you let it expire, you're out of luck.  As it says all over this website, ClearChannel Worldwide, the ClearChannel Fulfillment center and the restaurant/business are NOT responsible for lost, stolen misplace or expired certificates.  Please treat your certificates like cash and put them in a safe place.  Also, expiration dates cannot be extended for any reason.
